I want to use flax seeds daily. Is it better to buy ground flax seeds and keep them in the freezer to prevent them from going rancid? Or should I ground them each time I eat? What else can I use to grind flax seeds except coffee grinder?
When I was learning about flax seeds I heard that they are much more effective if you grind them yourself. We've used our coffee grinder to grind them. I wonder if you could also use a mortar and pestle like this one we use in Japan for sesame seeds? Or even this thing we also use to grind sesame?
