I know there is supposedly a growth spurt that happens around 3 months, but what about 5 months?

My twin boys will be 5 months in a few days and all of a sudden their night sleeping went down the crapper. They were going down around 7-ish and one would sleep till about 1:00, the other about 2:30, and then one or so wakings after that. The last couple nights they can't even make it to 10:00 and they are waking up and seeming very hungry. What the hey?

Anyone else notice a growth spurt around this time? Or just a shift in sleep? Oh please tell me I won't be doomed on sleep for the next year. I was so pleased they were sleeping so well, especially since my dd never slept that well.

btdt ... the way I remember it they realize they hate the car at 4 mo and at 5 mo the eating and sleeping schedules go out the window... not hungry, not tired... thatn very hungry very tired... for about a month it was all over the map with my ds.. had little or nothing to do with teeth...

this too shall pass... just lay down any expectations and ride the growth spurt train to exhaustion...
