BOY! Geesh, I knew it. My dreams of having another little girl are gone, but I am happy to have a boy. He slept most of the time, the u/s tech was a little frustrated, he was in a ball with his feet in his face, one arm over his face and one arm behind him.... 15 mins later I coughed really hard (i am still sick) and he jumped and started moving.... he threw his little fist around, streched out and sucked his thumb and went back to sleep. But everything looked fine. heartbeat was 159, measured on track, and he is DEFINTILY a boy, nice clear shot of that! So, anyways.... off to get dh to name him. :

That's wonderful! I'm so glad to hear that everything is okay. Did you find out if your placenta is anterior (which might decrease your ability to feel him move much)? Maybe he's just been sleeping all this time! I just hope for you that he sleeps that much after he's born

my oldest was awake all night as a fetus and slept great as a newborn. i think he just got so lulled to sleep by my walking/moving around that he couldn't stay awake in utero unless i was sitting still.

Congrats!

I bet it was fun to see him when he decided to move around after the cough. The thumb sucking is soooo cute!
