I had about six viles of blood drawn four days ago because it is required for donating breastmilk. I felt horrible afterward (pale, weak, clamy, sweaty, spaced out etc.). I'm already tandem nursing so I tried to take some time off expressing the extra milk (for donation) so my body could recooperate. I thought rest, plenty of fluids and some liquid chlorophyll would help. I still don't feel good though. My brain is working better but my heart feels like it's still working overtime. I still feel a little clamy, cold sweat-ish, weak, nauseous, even a little dizzy.

I have never donated blood because I've always been under the weight requirement for it. Now I know I never can, no matter how much I weigh.

How long will it take for me to feel better?

*ETA Is this normal? Anyone?

Sounds like your low on fluids. Up them and you'll be fine in a day or so. I have felt bad up to a week if I wasn't drinking enough.
