Just got back in fact. Went well - got to skip the pap and internal I decided I hate her scale, it's about 5 lbs off the wrong way. BP is up a it, but since it's the bery beginning still, it gives us a higher starting point, so even if it goes up as high as it did with Aislinn, she won't be worried. Now if it goes to 160 or 170 I'm going straight to the hospital! lol

My uterus is 2" below my belly button - not exactly where it's supposed to be at 12 weeks, but her patience to wait it out rubbed off on me and I even declined the ultrasound she said we could do if I wanted. Baby was WAY down low, and has a nice HB in the 160's. While looking for it up top, we got to hear a couple kicks, since there was no background noise at all up there. And the bump I thought might be where the baby was, she says is just a thicker part of my uterus.

Hopefully my newfound patience will last until my next appt, and the baby will start growing into my uterus! lol. It's going to be hard to hold out for an u/s until 20 weeks!

The only bad thing is that both local hospitals have their good and bad points in case we need to transfer. One is a decent hospital to birth in (has great nurses) but I don't like any of the Drs that deliver there (I've seen them all at 1 point or another). The other hospital has a decent Dr, but is terrible to deliver at. Hopefully there will be no reason to transfer!
