Wondering if topical lotrimin is safe. I get this rash (tinea versicolor) sometimes on my torso, and if i dont treat it, it spreads.
Its between my breasts, a few splotches on abdomen, and a 4" patch on my back, so it's kind of a lot of cream.
I don't know what to do, but I don't want it spreading any more. I tried TTO, and nothing.

per Hales book, topical lotrimin is safe (rated L1, which is the safest)
