So, which size do I go for next? Regular? Premium? Is there a real difference? And who has the best priced CPF's?

I am wondering the same thing! My daughter is the first infant I have CD'd and I am wondering what size to buy next. She is 9 weeks old and 13lbs already! I don't want to waste money on a middle size if its not neccesary. I wonder if she will contnue to gain nearly a pound a week

Depends on how heavy a wetter she is. They are the same size, just the premium has 2 extra layers in the middle. At first we used regulars and used doublers, but I hate using doublers - they move around, bunch up for us - so we switched to premiums.

Regulars fit better (folded sideways) in wonderoos, fuzzibunz and catherine bennet pockets, and although I had already bought infants and premiums I did add 18 regulars. They are now the size I run out of first, even under a cover... they are actually the same size as the premium, but thinner in the middle. DS is at least 17# ( was in mid May anyway)... hth but I've gotta warn ya, I'm a bit of a prefold addict. I have one short of 6.5 dozen. I'm one short because I was at a picnic last weekend and a toddler fell in love with a preemie pf that I was carrying around for drool! Just a plain ubcpf, but he was just taken with it, so I gave it to him
