Hands-free pump "bra" - what size to get?

I read the customer review that said to get a size larger. I am 36 DD and go to 36 E or so while nursing/pumping.
So has anyone else purchased this one? Did you get a size bigger? I am trying to make sure the size L would work for me (to avoid returning).
