I am looking for a knit hanging plant holder pattern, preferably free.

Anybody have a link to some?

Thanks!

I found a crochet pattern that may be pretty simple to adapt. Give me some time to work it out, K?
Okay I think this would work... Loosely cast on about 80 sts on large dpn needles (10.5?) Divide your stitches and work eyelets- this would take some math to figure out properly, but I'm sure you can do it. Work to desired depth (about 2/3 the height of the pot) place your stitch markers and sharply decrease the bottom until it's closed. Cut yarn. For the straps, Pick up 20 sts on cast on edge and knit, decreasing every few sts every other row until desired thickness and length. Repeat around c.o. edge until you have four matching hanging straps. Tie in a knot or sew together at the top.
I am inspired to try this...after I finish the other 3 things otn.
Let me know if you figure it out and if it works.
sounds great! thanks so much!
