multi-colored. these are really neat casue they are not messy like dipping dye. They come with several direction sheets. You tie and/or rubberband the strings around fabric, then dip into boiling water. 
I'm really interested in both! but what size are the shoes? i'm a womens shoe size 8

what size tubes are the acrylics?

the majority of the acrylics are 2 oz. 2 of the acrylics are 4 oz. the retarding medium is 4.65 oz. the gloss medium is 8 oz. the gesso is 16 oz. the matte medium is 8 oz. here are the colors that are full or nearly full of paint:mars black X2,light blue,payne's grey, phtalocyarnine green, cadmium red X2, cobalt blue, viridian hue,prism violet X2,prussion blue, retarding medium, matte medium. the others are half full or less.
