The spray smells very yummy. I don't know that any of the ingredients have been proven to relieve PPD, but maybe the scent will lift your mood briefly. It does have ginger in it, and ginger tea can be helpful.<br><br>
Have you seen the study that inflamation may be the preciptating factor of PPD? I'm a postpartum doula and have recommended to some clients to take an anti-inflammatory when they have gotten depressed and the moms seem to have good results.<br><br>
(I'm not a doctor - I'm just presenting evidence from a study.
