my gardenias are blooming!
: And best of all, they are crawling with ladybug larvae!!!
I brought a few inside to make my house smell yummy.

just had to share.
What's blooming in your garden?
the daylilies are starting to set buds (except Stella, she blooms early anyway). And it's not fair that I see my neighbors' daylilies blooming already! My roses are already past their prime, but they're still blooming and they'll come back once the weather starts to cool off some. Asiatic and Oriental lilies are coming up. Coneflowers and daisies are getting tall enough I'll have to cut them back soon to encourage extra blooms.
that's all I noticed, I'm sure there's more...

There's been lots blooming in my garden, although the rain has dampened the mood a bit. I got tons of Iris just finishing up, some pretty pink groundcover is blooming, along with some white perennials (sorry I have a poor memory for names), the vinca has been blooming ever since the snow melted and my hosta are sending up buds. I clipped my first gorgeous peoney flower to save it from the daily rain we've been having and it smells great.
