well of course my ex didn't pay support in last two payments.
Bravo for a guy making 6 figures.
I've liquidated my retirement fund...all 600 bucks left of it.
And I am at peace with it all....the lawyers will sort it out in time.

But what grates me to no end is he made no attempt to make plans (or to give some feeble attempt to make then break plans) to see his two sons tomorrow (or it is today by now) I think he might make good on his promise a while back to get out of their lives forever...he hasn't seen them in almost a month now. My son made a gift for his dad at school and his dad promised to see him...I'll mail the gift to his father tomorrow with my boys if nothing happens and I am sure now that it will not...he'll probably tell people I denied him seeing the kids....which I never have done.

I'll figure out a way to make tomorrow special for the boys anyhow...

I"m so sorry it's come down to this. I know there have been problems with him not paying CS on time before. It really stinks you have to use your retirement money. I hope everything gets sorted out soon.

I thought he was just playing games with me....

argh. i feel your frustration. last year my (totally absent from my child's life, hasn't even met ds) ex called me last year wanting me to wish him a happy father's day. i laughed at him. i was expecting the same thing this year, but so far no call today.
