This morning my nipples are really tough, and even though they arent "hard" like an aroused nipple, they are as tough as that and raised up. Is this normal?<br>
Im guessing yes. I havent noticed any darkening, but my nipples were so light to begin with itd take alot to darken them. but the tough feeling ive noticed off and on, but today is really obvious.<br><br>

Are they very dry? Mine have been dry for a while now, and I also sometimes get a bit of crusty gunk, which I assume is colostrum that has dried. I tried using a bit of lanolin on them and it helped and I hadn't realized before then that they were also uncomfortably dry, but now they feel better. Maybe this will help you too?
