Hi everyone - I am nursing my 1 yr old DS frequently still and have only had one very light PPAF, 23 days ago. I'm not temping because DS's night nursing is irregular and my sleep is always disrupted and not in a predictable way.

Anyway, we are eager to TTC#2 so I am watching my CM and CP like a hawk. For the last ten days or so, cd 12-23 (today), I have had very scant sticky CM for most of the day with one big, sometimes HUGE, gush of beautiful classic EWCM around 2:30 pm and remaining detectable till about 6 or 7 pm. I can practically feel it being produced! By evening, it has either dried up, discharged or I've scooped it all out (sorry TMI but kinda funny isn't it?) because it's then back to creamy or sticky and far less. Every day has been exactly the same schedule!

I know that all sorts of funny things can happen when you're still nursing and cycles haven't returned to normal yet but is this weird or normal?

BTW, CP has been very open but medium height and medium to firm texture throughout so that's no help! I've been using OPKs and had a very close to positive two days ago, it was 8 pm when I tested and back to faint now so I'm hoping that my surge was earlier that day.

Sorry that was so long and more details than you need, I'm really just curious about this weird daily EWCM thing... anyone else?

I would say normal unless it has a foul odor or itch. Otherwise, unpredictable until normal fertility returns and even then it may not revert back to your PP normalcy. It could be a new pattern for you. Good luck!
