My old Medela PIS is on its last life, so I've been trying to find another electric pump to use once a week, because my girls still like breastmilk in their sippy cups.

When I was at Target this morning, I saw one called the Medela Swing pump. Has anyone used this pump?
Also, has anyone used that new Lansinoh electric pump? It looks almost like the Ameda Purely Yours pump, but I'm not sure.

I love, love love my Lansinoh. I got it because I wanted to try EP and couldn't afford a 300 dollar one. I got mine on Amazon.com for 125 and free shipping! I had read great reviews about it and it IS a hospital grade so I figured I'd give it a shot. I only EP for about 4 days but it worked great. Now I just pump twice a day and nurse the rest and get about 2-6 ounces each time. It doesn't come with a carrying case but I throw it in a plastic bag and carry it around with me. It would fit in my diaper bag too but it's already overflowing with my other crap.

I originally started out with a Medela single electric and hated it. I could not get it to work for the life of me, the suction just seemed to not be there and i didn't get one drop. I tried all the techniques to fix it but couldn't. Then I got the manual Avent Isis and loved it but it made my arm tired and wasn't enough for when I wanted to EP. But if I just need to pump a little and don't feel like bringing the Lansinoh I use it. HTH!
