Well, as far as new goes, try American Apparel. I think they have a few things in regular children's sizes

I have lots of sites where I go to find older kids organics.
How old is he?
One company is Hanna's Dream. I LOVE her site. The pictures aren't much to look at, but the clothing is to die for in real life. Her shipping is like....well... next day lol. She also updates her site all the time. She carries a line of clothing that's organic from Europe called Serendipity that is some of the best material I've seen yet. Other brands too though, the Serendipity is expensive.:
http://www.hannasdream.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=24
Another is Twice Shy- their kid's line is called Fig:
http://www.figkids.com/EN/22/
I also get stuff from our local organic clothing store. The above site Fig is hard to find online, but she can order all of it for you and ship it to you if you find stuff you like from there. She doesn't always keep her website updated with what's new in the store, but she carrys larger children's sizes. My dd is almost 6 and we get her things here. You can always call her and ask what she has for boys in larger sizes. I think she has stuff that goes up to 12 years, but again, it's not on the website.
http://organicselections.com/catalog...6819bb2a887536
Ohgeez has larger kids sizes as well. She makes all the items and they run REALLY true to size which is amazing for organic clothing. They don't really shrink either.
She may be willing to sew you larger sizes if she doesn't sell the size you're looking for.
http://www.ohgeezorganic.com/
I don't know what Kate Quinn has for older boys, but she should have some. I know when I've looked for girl's stuff they go up to 8 in a few of their things. I think it should be the same for some of her boys stuff if you dig around.
http://www.katequinnorganics.com/
Here's another site as well.
http://roundbelly.com/kids.html
And another:
http://www.gardenkidsclothing.com/ho.../smartlist/6/0

Lapsky seems to be putting some long johns out in larger sizes now too. Here's a link to those:
http://www.tinybirdsorganics.com/org...-Clothing.html
American Apparel runs really small, but if you size up you can find lots of cool t-shirts on Etsy. People are taking American Apparel shirts and adding decals to them. Just search organic kids clothing and you'll find dinosaur t-shirts and stuff in all different sizes.
http://www.etsy.com/
And the Organic Selections site I mentioned that is local to me, she now has organic kids jeans in her store. Between these and some t-shirts you could be easily set up.
Another site, but be warned, she took forever to ship. Like a month. She said she'd just had a baby, but her overall attitude was a little off. I was really nice about it, but PP shut down her account until she sent me the item or a refund and she sorta acted put out about it. Cute stuff though and if I don't mind waiting, I'll order again. She doesen't seem to have much for larger size organics right now though.
http://www.bootylandkids.com/
Anyhoo.......
That should keep you occupied.:

Wow, thank you for all those links! You're so thoughtful. I searched them all. I found some lovely Corduroy pants for an okay price. (sold out) I also found some pants on the uk site you gave for $60! It gave us a good idea of what's out there. Which is almost no sturdy, think, cool older boys pants. But the girl stuff seems to be pretty good.. Thank you cause that confirmed what I thought and ruled some things out. I found this site. www.nearseanaturals.com My Aunt and I ordered some fabric and we're going to sew some pants! Yay! I'm taking a sewing class and my Aunt is really very good! She can do zippers, pockets, the everything. yay!
