For the first time since I got pregnant, I have this dull headache today. (I used to get them all the time, but the pregnancy and breastfeeding seemed to be keeping them at bay.)

Anyone know where I can look online to see what--if anything--is safe to take? I'm searching on the LLL site, but can't find anything yet... and frankly, all I want to do is lie down right now!

I know many don't but I've taken advil, tylenol, exedrin (not all at one) while breastfeeding all three of my babies. I have terrible headaches and frequent migraines and in order to function and take care of my children I need a little pain relief. I even take the occasional sudafed for sinus headaches, it is not recommended while nursing for fear of drying up your milk, but I've never had any supply issues. I would however caution against prescription meds such as imitrex while nursing and this is why I stick to a little tylenol and caffeine.
