Accupressure might help. You can find some good info on it if you google it- you can press certain spots like in the hands to help.

Headache before AF - HELP
I have been getting these HA for years - about 5 days before AF, I wouldnt call them migranes , but more tension like headaches. My back and neck are tense, and it feels good to have lots of pressure on my temples. I seriously need a deep muscle massage.
I am looking for more of a homeopathic treatment....any suggestions??

Ugh, I get these also. I find that a deep tissue massage, especially on my neck, does wonders.
Thanks, I got DH to give me some hard rubs, and I do feel better, if only I could bottle it and use it while he is at work...
