Well, it was long, but I changed my mind!
So we have Freelancer's Union insurance in NYC. They're switching to costly new plans, so slightly less benefits than we had last year is going to be $100 more a month (FU Plan=$750/month).
I think we're going to switch to the high deductible plan through them for next year. Meanwhile I'll try and figure out if we can get better coverage via a small-business plan for next year instead of FU. Any leads on good NYC insurance plans for small businesses are appreciated.
Or is there anything similar to what we have for dental whereby we see whoever we want, we pay or the dentist fills out the forms depending on the dentist, and the insurance company reimburses a percentage of it up to an annual maximum?
