So I have about 180oz of breastmilk in my freezer, 50 in my fridge and won't be producing any more. My child is about 4.5 months old, slowly transitioning to solid foods, or formula, or oatmeal....I'm not sure. Right now I do about 6-7oz breastmilk in the morning, formula all day, then formula mixed with oatmeal cereal at night. I have tried baby food peas briefly as well.

What do you think would be the healthiest way, as far as them getting the most nutrition? Using up all the breastmilk in a week or so, using it exclusively? Or giving them breastmilk every day for a month or so, but not nearly as much?

Thank you!
