Healthy food high in calories

Hi there,

I am looking for ideas on foods that are healthy and high in calories. I'm currently tandem nursing and need to up my calorie intake. I am eliminating dairy from my diet at the moment as I suspect my newborn has an intolerance so if anyone can recommend all other food types it would much appreciated.

Thanks,

Justine

Avocado, cook with oils high in monounsaturated oils like olive (I love to dip bread in olive oil with spices in it). I know others will have more answers. It's early and I am drawing a blank.
any nut butter
hummus
olive oil
avacado
nuts
nut butter
eggs
cheese if you eat it.

You can put avocado on toast, beans, salads ect to up the fat. Cook food in oolive oils. I also add almond butter to my son's banana's. Add nuts as seasonsings too. Sunsloer seeds, almonds to salads and stirfry's.
