I know healthy and fudge probably has no right being in the same sentence but i thought i'd give it a shot anyhow. so does anyone have one or a close as possible healthy recipe? or maybe even just a good recipe

Nope, I have no clue on it. Healthy and Fudge dont go hand in hand. You need sugar to make fudge. You need Condensed milk to make it too...

Both those dont overtly make for a very healthy fudge...but hey, something THAT good, doesn't have to be healthy.

It uses some form of sugar. If you can make it with Maple sugar instead of white refined, that could help....

You want to make a candy...and well...sugar is needed to make GOOD candies. (Sorbee ICK!!!)

Yes, ma'am.

Here is firefaery's raw fudge recipe. It is

Raw Fudge

1/2 cup raw cacao or raw carob
1 cup raw almond or cashew butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. sea salt
optional: top with raw crushed walnuts.

Blend and pour into dish. Freeze for one hour or refrigerate overnight.

Thanks so much for the recipe, sounds yummy
i'll hafta go to the store tomorrow and get the ingredients to make them
