I have been getting this really awful pain in my esophagus, I guess. It feels like I swallowed a giant marble. Is that heart burn? What do I do about it?

OMG I am having the exact same thing, only sometimes it burns too. I am pretty sure it is heartburn though.

Or acid reflux. Try tums and see if that helps. they're safe in pregnancy. GL!
