I am sure DD has a heat rash it is only on her hips and lower back. Plus she is getting some on her neck.

We changed from the FB to prefolds and no cover or wool. She takes a couple baths in warmish water with baking soda. Or hangs out in the wading pool.

I really am surprised how much better it is looking but it isn't gone.

I feel really bad for the poor thing. Naked is not an option - butt scooting here. Youch.

What if anything do you do for a heat sensitive little one. We have no AC.
