I'm needing some doctor recommendations in the Knoxville area. Specifically, I need a no-vax friendly pediatrician, a good chiropractor, and a good general practice doctor that stresses wellness instead of sick care and might know a little about homeopathic stuff instead of pushing meds all the time.
Am I living in a dream world here to expect those things?

Any suggestions???

I like Dr. R. Michael Green of Trinity Medical, he's our ped and hasn't given us trouble about selective/delayed vax. Good manner with the kids.

There are lots of chiros; I went briefly to Kelly Chiropractic near Papermill and they seemed nice 4 yrs ago.

Dr. Russell Rhea of Pediatric Consultants West is cool about the vaxes and I believe he's into alternatives but I never had the benefit of seeing him on a sick visit to know. I liked all the providers in that practice but not the typical wait time which is long.

My chiropractor is Dr. Brent Johns in Maryville. I LOVE him. he's old school for a chiro, no high-tech fancy equipment. He treated me through pregnancy and has adjusted all of my kids, low key, not pushy. But he's definitely more of a sports doctor type so if you're looking for a chiro who'll treat illness as well, not sure he's the one. He has worked on my sinus infections and DS's reflux though.
