According to the Helen Grace Chocolates website:

The year 2001 marked an ending and a new beginning for Helen Grace Chocolates. Seeking retirement, the Grace family sold the company to Robert and David Worth of Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Worth family (Robert & David are actually twin brothers) owns a company called Shamrock Corporation, also a family business started in the 1950's that is a leader and pioneer in gift wrapping paper. The largest distribution of Shamrock's gift wrap is through their Innisbrook Wraps school fundraising division. The acquisition of Helen Grace Chocolates by Shamrock was a sweet deal indeed, which paves the way for long and sustained growth. The Grace family will still consult with us to insure the quality and consistency of our chocolate production.
So, no, it doesn't look like they're associated with Nastily at all.
