Hello from Colorado

Hi,

I am new to this board, but I have been on Laura Shanley's board for about a month. I live with my DH of 7 1/2 years in beautiful Colorado. We are excited to see how many people have choosen to take control of their own lives and heath with UP/UC! My DH and I both "have" what western docs call "Multiple Chemical Sensitivity". Most people get it due to over-exposure to a certain chemical chompound. We have it because we got rid of all of the conventional cleaning and personal care products in our home, we eat organic or wild crafted/caught (fish) foods, and we are eliminating as much plastic and other off-gassing products in our home as we can. We currently rent a condo, so we can't be rid of the carpet and paint just yet, but we are looking to buy mountain land and to put an earth-ship type home on it!

I look forward to getting to know everybody through their posts! DH and I would love to meet some other people anywhere in Colorado who are like minded!
