HI, my name is Jenni and I am new to MotheringDotCommune
My son is 21 months and we live in MA.
I work full time out of the home and he is in a great daycare.

I was married just shy of 3 years, was / is a stepmom to x-DH 2 children and we had our own little boy. It was finally in May that I had the guts to move on for our sake. I have the paperwork to submit to the court, just waiting on funds. It's been a streak of bad luck in the last 8 months just for me and with DH, it started to fall apart just months after married (wed in Sept, Apr found out pg, by Oct - there was major breakdowns).

I am glad to have found this place where people are going through or have been in my shoes before. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome! I am originally from MA - Newton and Brookline, and I went to college in Northampton.

I have a 2-year-old son, and I just left my husband of 4 years a week ago, so I know how hard it is.

Hi, welcome. I'm new here too...newly single, that is. I left my husband on the 1st of August and we have been sharing custody of our two girls, who are 2 and 4. I had to go from SAHM to finding a FT job, daycare and a new home. It's been a transition, all right.
