Hello :)

Hullo...

I've been lurking here for a while, finally got up the courage to post today.

I was a member of a private parenting board; today I had my character thoroughly maligned for speaking out against physical discipline. I was told, among other things, that my children would grow up to be horrible and ill behaved.

So, I think I'd rather post among like minded mums. I'm new to the whole concept of AP and NFL...just recently bought myself a whole set of Sears books, lol.

I have DS, Matthew, 17 months, and one DD, Eden, 7 weeks. I co-sleep, sling-carry and breastfeed. We are a non-hitting family (that's what got me in so much trouble!). I don't cloth diaper. I have a phobia of poop. I hope that doesn't bar me from participation.

I'm a stay at home mom, my husband is a firefighter/paramedic. We hail from Ware, MA.

I hope to be learning lots from you nice mommies!
