I want to paint a poem, or a saying, or something on my stairs. Either the part we step on or the backs.
I am having a hard time finding a poem or something to suit.
Does anyone have any favorites or ideas?

A bit silly, but i had relatives when i was a child who had a sort of suite of rooms for the kids and the stairs leading up to it said "I think i can i know i can" over and over and "I WILL" on the last two. The "I WILL" was on the tops of the bottom two and the rises of the top two. It's from Thomas the Tank Engine. I loved it

The Milne poem is to long, I think I only have 12 stairs. Cute poem though, Im going to read it to dd.

I like the 'think I can' idea.

I have two sets of stairs that are paintable, so if I come down to two favorites and can't decide I will use the second set of stairs too
