DD has woken up the past two nights soaking wet and I've changed a few diapers that she hasn't had on long that have completely leaked through the PUL. I'm not sure what's wrong, these diapers aren't even a year old and they're leaking so badly? I'm so discouraged, I really don't want to put her back into sposies, but we can't afford to buy her all new diapers because we're still trying to build up a stash for the new baby. Is there anything I can do besides resealing the PUL (which I've done)?

Someone please help!!!

When mine did that I did a whole bunch of things (Dryer, stripping fb's and inserts) and nothing helped. It would leak out and the whole insert wouldn't be wet at all. I started putting a doubler in with the insert and it worked again. Don't know why, and I didn't want to do that, but it's hardly noticeable. (I was using caleb's corner hemp jersey inserts with a hemp fleece doubler - now I use 2 jb's) It seemed to happen overnight for me. When I doubled up, the problem went away instantly.
