[Bad Mama Jama]

: Okay, I believe this is the same thing that happened shortly after I left the hospital. My nipple is swollen and feels inflamed. Hurts to touch it, but after she latches on, the pain subsides.

Milk still comes out, but OMG! It's swollen and throbs if something touches it! What is this? Allow me to repeat that this happened before and my friend told me to massage it, I think that worked last time. I do it now and it just seems to get more swollen. Is there any end in sight?

Have you checked KellyMom ? I don't know offhand if there's anything there pertaining to your particular problem, but she's got great information about BFing and BF-troubleshooting. Worth a look.

id get it checked out it could possibly be thrush. ive been dealing with it for weeks. but im sure it could be other things too. but im betting on thrush.
