Here's the deal, DH and I work day/night shifts during the week so on weekends we try to make at least one meal that generates lots of leftovers.

The last few weeks we've done fettuchini alfredo, beef stew, spaghetti cassarole, and lasagna. These were great but now I'm out of ideas....actually maybe a chicken pot pie???? Any other ideas?

chicken pot pie, burritos/tacos, pancakes/waffles, roast w/gravy (put it in the crockpot at 8am on low perfect by dinner) (leftovers sliced up on rice or potato), large pots of pasta sauce that you can freeze smaller portions of for quick reheats, uhm ... and i'm not sure what it's called but it's baked sandwiches :LOL - take a roll of bread dough and roll it out into a big rectangle. cover it with cheese, whatever sliced meats/veggies you like, and tomato sauce if you want, roll it up like a jellyroll, bake it at 325 for about a half hour or til golden brown, and slice chunks off when you want it. (It's super good as a pepperoni pizza roll-up, ham and cheese is awesome too. so's pepperoni, amer. cheese and salami)
