Hi,
I have both severe allergies and asthma and chronic sinusitis. I bf my ds 6 months and I know it is said to be safe to take benedryl and sudafed while bfing but I do not feel comfortable doing so. I purchased some homeopathic sinus meds and also an allergy formula, but they do not seem to be helping too well. can you guys offer any help. I am having a major sinus headache nightly, and am blowing my nose and sneezing constantly. I am considering getting a knockoff of the ionic breeze. I have both seasonal indoor and outdoor allergies and I live in nh in a sm 750 sq ft mh with dh, ds 3 cats and our 60 lb dog help my head is killing me!
