We are moving on friday (!) so we will finally have a really fantastic garden.
our goal has always been to eat just things that we plant / make ourselves, so i would love to hear from you how you got started, what will i need , what will i need to plant, & is this possible?
we live on the southcoast of england.

We probably grow about 85% of the food we eat, including meat. You will want to make a list of WHAT your family eats a lot of, and plant some of that.

If you like, you can go to our blog (address is in my profile) and see what we did last year.....so far this year, I have only seeded cabbages and peppers (in the house). Soon I will start my tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.

Do you know if the soil is good there where you are moving to? That will be a huge help for you!
