I just joined weight watchers and I need help planning some good healthy meals for my family. Anyone have any suggestions?

For eating healthy I have loved my Eating for Life Cookbook. Many of the meals in there my kids love and they have turned into some of our favorites!

Simple things like eating chicken breasts, fish, ground turkey breast, salads, sweet potatoes, a variety of veggies, brown rice, fat free cottage cheese and yogurts have made HUGE differences in our eating.
