I checked this book out from my old LL once, and loved it. I do not remember the name.

Ok, it was HUGE. One of those atlas sized books. Rather heavy. It had fabulous pictures, of not just food dishes, but things like markets as well. It had some fold out pages, - I think. I thought that when I was reading about roti, or naan, or dumplings, or something, the pages opened, but honestly I could be so wrong about that.
*sigh* Not much information is it? I went to amazon, but I cannot remember what the cover looked like. Any ideas?

Thanks!

THis is a big book similar to what you are describing.
If it's big and similar, it's probably it!
I'll go look it up online, and see if it dings any bells.
Thanks!
