My breast became too soft....does this mean that i am producing less??

: Is it a sign that I have low supply?My baby is 7 weeks old, and I want to BF so badly...Untill last week, I had lots of milk, hard breasts...now I feel that something changed.Does anyone know what could cause this?? What can I do about it?

When your breasts feel firm or hard that is engorgement. After the first 6-8 weeks your milk supply adjusts to better match your baby's needs. It is totally normal for your breasts to feel soft.

Normal! Just keep nursing.

Don't forget that even if your breasts don't feel full, they make milk while you are nursing.

Mine did that and I kind of freaked at first but there is milk in there it just doesn't feel like it. The only time my breast actually "feel" hard and full is when she is going through a growth spurt.
