What are you taking while on ed? I'm desperate to get back on a prenatal and probiotic but am hoping for suggestions.
TIA
After being on a ed for the past couple weeks, ds has shown vast improvements.
This was especially evident when I also stopped taking my supplements. We've/I've been dairy/soy/gluten/corn(as much as I can) free for two weeks. (supplement free for a little over a week.)
At this time, I've noticed a definite "issue" after accidentally consuming chips containing milk/milk proteins. Also, I noticed a reaction to what I can only guess was chicken. So, maybe the soy feed. Not sure there.
I'm hoping for rec's for vegan/gf/meet our needs probiotic and prenatal most importantly but am interested in others as well.
TIA!
Cate, I just wanted to say YAY for finding improvements!! I wish I could help on supps - we were never reactive to trace dairy, so I'd hate to point you wrong. Others will likely show up here soon to help, but I just wanted to celebrate your success

THANKS!
I am so thankful to not spend time each day or two cleaning up vomit off of everything within 2 or 3 feet of ds. lol
I know we've a long road ahead trying to determine exactly what's going on with ds but I feel quite victorious at this point.
(Not sure I would have made it through without Kathy's recipes
I was just going to say that I'm not on an ED, but I'm dairy, gluten, soy, corn free, so I guess that's a type of ED. I use Vital Nutrients for most of my supplements. For probiotics, I use www.giprohealth.com (I also get my non-dairy yogurt starter there). There are some parts per million of dairy. My DS is super sensitive (intolerant) to milk and he tolerates them, but I just want that out there. My DS is on another probiotic now (Theralac) that he's doing really well on. Another one that's usually pretty good is Pure Encapsulations. I don't do a multivitamin though. I do things separately.
If you go to kirkmanlabs dot com you can check off the food groups you're avoiding and they'll give you a list of what you can take. I safely took their prenatal and extra calcium while on the TED for months. I was just on there looking for vits for my kiddo now that we've figured out his problem (corn).
