DS is a large 40 (over 40lbs) and I'm having a hard time finding any that will fit him (he probably needs size 5/6). It was so easy to find cotton PJs (long sleeves, long pants) for little ones, but now that he's bigger, it's super hard. I'm looking for two piecers.

I've found some at Hanna Andersson but they are $$$$. Anyone have a good source for any?

Clothing these kiddos with nice, simple stuff gets so much harder as they get bigger! :

thanks!
Have you tried eBay for used pjs? I've bought almost all ours used...Hanna Anderssen, Land's End, Baby Gap...or I get GymBuck$ and use them on their clearance rack items or online clearance stuff.
My 4yo is also wearing a 5/6 now because he's so tall.

In season, it's easy to get thermal underwear in that size from places like Target, but I'm guessing it won't be now that it's spring. Camping stores probably still have it, locally or online (like here: http://www.campmor.com/webapp/wcs/st...berId=12500226 ), though it will be pricier/ better quality than you may need.

The Children's Place has nice 2 piece ones that are all cotton -they go up to a size 12 or 14, I forget. My ds, who wears a size 6 pant and a size 7 shirt wears an 8 in these, just for comparison's sake.

I get most of my pjs on Ebay. Long sleeved ones should be a good deal now as a lot of people are selling off the ones that their kids outgrew this winter! The Children's Place ones are $25/2 pair new.

I bought each of my kids cotton pjs from www.basicbrilliance.com. They love those pjs.
