My dh is cooking for me tonight, I still don't know what I want. I think we'll go over to Whole Foods for stuff after he gets home. Any ideas? I'm considering that fresh white asparagus...and there's a great variety of mushrooms, I like those...I love the bulk foods stuff but nothing that has to soak will do...maybe a rice with almond side would be good. I don't like beef or pork but most other meats will do. Don't think there's time to bake a cake, maybe a yummy dessert from the bakery too then. Help?

Rack of lamb with roasted asparugus and maybe roasted mushrooms too? And an almond rice pilaf.<br><br>
