Here's a pic of DD in her very first soaker . It's one from BJs Marketplace. I think it's a great starter soaker and it's so incredibly soft. I love the design

I actually had two people today say "oh how cute.. and the penguins are so perfect for Alaska"

I hated to remind them that penguins where at the OTHER pole :LOL

I do have a question about rise though.... just exactly how far up should the rise sit? DD has a pretty long bum, and this soaker (with a very trim fitted) is only about an inch above her bum crack. Do I need to order with a taller rise on any new ones?

Cute! As for the rise, as long the diaper doesn't peek out the top (so the diaper won't leak) the rise is high enough
