For our anniversary DH wants to go out and buy all the herb plants that I have been waiting. I was wondering if it is too late to start a garden right now? I hate the thought of having to wait until spring but then again I dont want everything to die on me. Thanks

Fall is actually a great time to plant perennial herb plants. They will be big enough and ready for harvesting next spring.
And, I see that you are in Georgia, so you may still have time to slip in a few annuals from seed, like basil, dill, cilantro, etc.

Good Luck!
