Does anyone know where there is a list of herbs to avoid while pregnant? I checked kellymom.com but just saw one for bfing. I'm choosing a prenatal (not preg yet but planning) and the one I'm leaning toward has some herbs in it too. It's not specifically marketed as a prenatal formula but the nutrients look great, even folic acid. I'd rather not look up each herb individually if there is a comprehensive list somewhere. Thanks!
