I agree he needs to know about her "issues" but more for the sake of any furture sons than his own good. He is an adult making (hopefully) informed choices. A little baby wouldn't stand a chance from the sounds of things.

You could ask her why she wants her son to be cut so as to be sexually attractive to her. That's sort of creepy, especially as she knows that an intact penis has no medical problems.
