Hi everyone- I have been very busy working on web programmig so I have been slacking at my posting on the MDC board! Bad cloth mama- bad!

Well, I got a CB and I do love it at night but the damn thing is so bulky I cant use it during the day- none of my covers go over it and I cant get her clothes to fit right.

BUT!!!! I have started making my own fitted- and they are by far the best ones I have. I was pretty lucky I didnt have a lot of trial and error. They fit like a glove and I hav given them to a friend to try on her son (Hi Justice2) and he is thinner than my Rainey and they work great on him too. For some reason my fitted hold just as good or better than any of my other fitted dipes and they are super trim. I can get any pair of pants on her.

So I am sending a pic of the dipe- I just made this one- I got to get it on her, but she is having a nappie!

We are going on a trip from N. Michigan to WA state in 1 week and I am going all cloth on the drive- for 4 days! We will be stopping for

time. I am trying to get enough fitted made for the trip so I dont have to bring UBCPF- they are not fitting her good- and the fitted are so damn cute!

So I wanted to say HI and show off my new dipe- I am trying to make a dipe a day before we leave on next Wed. Wish me luck!!!

Where in WA are you headed? You're welcome to wash dipes at my place if you are in the area. I hope you enjoy your trip and your diaper is beautiful!

Emily- Thanks for the offer-

I am going to Olympia so I should be able to make it. We are stopping by my BF house in Pullan and then leaving there on the way to my parents house. I asked her if I could wash my dipes there- she said no prob. She how cows and horses- so she has had plenty of pooie in her washer before- lol. We are also bring the dog and 2 cats in the station wagon- should be butt loads of fun. I got my cat some meds to help with the ride- I hate doing that but he has a real hard time and we are not sure how long we are staying so we dont want to ask someone else to watch him. It could be months- or more! I have one cat that does great- the other not so good.

I hope our trip goes okay- I am a bit scared with the animals and a 6 month old. Man am I asking for it- lol

Sounds like a great adventure! It would be neat to keep a journal to record all the interesting events that happen along the way. You can bet that something interesting will happen with all those animals in the car too

We go to Oly to shop at the Farmer's Market as often as we can, maybe we can meet you there

I keep a note book of everything great Rainey does. I will have it on the trip for sure! I love the SF bakery!!! Yummmy.. I cant wait to get to Oly. I miss my family so much! I am trying to get Scott to move out there but he likes MI. We are getting snow- So I will be happy to get to some sun.
