Hello, I am new here. I am Katina SAHM to Nathan 2 1/2 and my nursling Zachary born 8/10/03. Hoping to talk to other BF'ing moms. I have just gotten over a bout of mastitis and am worried about getting it again. I have had a plugged duct before the mastitis. Gonna look around and see what I can find about keeping mastitis at bay.
