What's it taste like? Who do you get it from? I've found a couple sources online, but hesitate to buy online this time of year due to the heat-will that adversely affect it?
Someone here mentioned that the X factor survives pasteurization, so I think the heat wouldn't be a factor in unopened jars. I get mine from http://www.greenpasture.org. To us, it tastes like eating butter. I keep it refrigerated and scoop some out for us. Some people don't really like it, but we don't mind it a bit.
I bought some from the same place and I don't really like it at all - even the smell of it bothers me lol I put it in my kid's popsicles, and sometimes I manage to eat a bit myself, but I really, really don't like it!
