i have a question.

i have this lovely, organic columbian panela (cane juice), & as you know, it is hard as a rock. i have always loved panela in my coffee, & for 20 years i have been hacking, shaving, picking, trying to get chunks for my coffee! is there a better way? am i missing something obvious? I'd love to use this product more than i do, but *ugh*, with two toddlers, sometimes just making a cup of joe is impossible timewise, so i find myself just using brown sugar which is not the same, no, not at all.

what am i doing wrong? suse
